2. Individual coaching
Individual coaching may be personalised using the information you provide, but it remains fitness coaching and nutrition education delivered within our current qualifications and scope. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide medical nutrition therapy.
3. Your health and safety
- Tell us about relevant injuries, symptoms, pregnancy, medical conditions, medications and professional advice before beginning and whenever circumstances change.
- Seek medical clearance before starting or changing exercise or nutrition practices if you have a health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, have concerning symptoms, or have been advised to do so.
- Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, sudden pain or another concerning symptom.
- In an emergency, call 000. Coaching messages are not monitored as an emergency service.
4. Nutrition and eating behaviours
Nutrition guidance is educational and is not a replacement for individual medical or dietetic care. If you have an eating disorder, suspected eating disorder, complex gastrointestinal condition, diabetes or another condition requiring clinical nutrition care, we may request clearance or refer you to an appropriate practitioner.
5. Results vary
Training and nutrition outcomes differ between people and depend on many factors, including participation, health, recovery, genetics and circumstances. Testimonials or examples show individual experiences and are not promises of a particular result.
6. Assumption of ordinary risk
Exercise carries inherent risks. You remain responsible for using appropriate technique, equipment and surroundings, following safety instructions and working within your abilities. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
