1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a service from Leah McDonald trading as LVL UP CO. by Leah. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or purchase.

2. Eligibility and truthful information

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching unless we expressly agree otherwise with a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your goals, health and safe participation, and to tell us when that information changes.
• You are responsible for obtaining medical clearance where recommended or reasonably required.

3. Coaching services

The inclusions, price and delivery format for each offer are described on the coaching pages and confirmed before purchase. Coaching requires your participation and communication; it does not guarantee a particular physical, performance or financial result.

• Plans may be adjusted in response to check-ins, progress, safety and changing circumstances.
• Support is provided within our current qualifications and professional scope.
• We may pause or end coaching where continuing would be unsafe, outside scope, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. Any payment adjustment will be handled fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorise agreed recurring payments for subscription or ongoing coaching services. You are responsible for keeping payment details current. We will tell you before materially changing the price of an existing recurring service.

5. Your conduct

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material or interfere with the service.
• Respect the privacy and wellbeing of other members in group or community spaces.
• Do not share login details, paid resources or another client’s information.

6. Intellectual property

The Reset Method, programs, guides, templates, videos, written content, branding and other materials remain the intellectual property of LVL UP CO. by Leah or their respective owners. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the supplied materials for your own coaching journey. You may not copy, sell, publish or distribute them without written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to services such as Calendly, Kahunas, Brevo, payment platforms and social media. We are not responsible for outages, content or practices controlled by those providers, although your rights against us under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

8. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by information you withheld, failure to follow safety guidance, unauthorised use of materials or events outside our reasonable control.

Questions or complaints can be sent to leah@lvlupcobyleah.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania and Australia, and the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Tasmania.
