The Reset Method

A better way
forward.

Progress is not a straight line. The Reset Method gives you the structure to move forward without losing yourself in the process.

Three stages.
One real-life approach.

The Reset Method is the framework behind every level of support at LVL UP CO. by Leah. It meets you where you are, helps you build foundations that last and gives you the confidence to keep going.

01

Reset

Pause the all-or-nothing cycle. Get clear on where you are, what you want and the routines that will support you.

02

Rebuild

Put the foundations in place: training, nutrition, habits and accountability that fit your actual life.

03

Rise

Build confidence through consistency, adjust as you grow and keep moving forward without starting over.

More than a plan.
A way to move through life.

Real life does not always follow a plan — and your coaching should be flexible enough to account for that. The Reset Method gives you structure, education and support that can adapt as your schedule, energy and circumstances change.

One difficult week does not have to become another restart. We focus on building the skills and confidence to keep moving forward.

01

Mindset that supports you.

We look at the all-or-nothing thinking, perfectionism, self-doubt and confidence wobbles that can make consistency feel harder than it needs to be. This is coaching and education—not therapy—but it is honest, practical work on the way you think and respond.

02

Education you can use.

You will learn how training, nutrition, recovery, habits and progress actually work, so you can make informed choices instead of jumping from one rigid plan to the next.

03

Support for the messy middle.

Busy week? Missed sessions? Motivation gone on holiday? We work out what happened, adjust what needs adjusting and keep moving forward without turning one hard week into a full restart.

04

Accountability with a human on the other end.

You get structure, check-ins and honest feedback, but also a coach who understands that you are a whole person—not a set of numbers, progress photos or perfect habits.

The professional bit, because it matters.

LVL UP coaching and education is delivered within current qualifications and professional scope. It is not medical care, dietetic treatment or mental-health therapy. Where something needs a different kind of practitioner, I will say so.
